By accessing or using jshub.cc, talu.jshub.cc, or any associated services and subdomains provided by Pondz ("jshub"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

jshub operates software tools, developer utilities, and experimental networking projects (including the talu tunneling service). Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for development, testing, and productivity purposes.

You agree not to use jshub services to:

We reserve the right to terminate access or block network tunnels immediately without prior notice upon detection of abusive or illegal behavior.

Under no circumstances shall jshub or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the services.
